Suggested Use
What You Need
- 1/2 C Coconut Oil (melted) [Substitute melted butter or oil of choice if desired]
- 1 tsp water
- 2 Eggs [Use 3 eggs for more fluffy, cakelike brownies]
Baking Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325 F. Lightly grease 8x8 baking pan and set aside.
- Combine brownie mix, eggs, coconut oil, and water until well blended.
- Pour batter into 8x8 baking pan and spread evenly. Bake at 325 F for 25-30 mins or until toothpick comes out clean.
Other Ingredients
Tapioca fiber, rice flour, dutched cocoa, lakanto monk fruit sweetener (erythritol and monk fruit extract), sugarcane fiber, brown rice, oat fiber, natural flavors, salt, baking powder, konjac, xanthan gum.
