Shipping policy

 

Delivery:

Orders of Australian products are generally dispatched within 2-5 business days of receiving cleared payment. Some products from the US are sold and shipped by TSS-US and may delivered in separate shipments. Please allow up to 5-10 business days for delivery of US products.

Delivery cost vary by location and order size. This is calculated automatically at the checkout. For the lowest available cost, please ensure to choose a home address rather than a PO Box or Parcel Locker.

We offer a range of delivery options depending on your location.

Australia:

- All orders to metro areas in Australia over $99 attract a free delivery option. These orders may not be available if sending to an Australia Post address (eg. Parcel Locker or PO Box). Unfortunately we have had to suspend free regional orders due to recent significant price increases by Australia Post.

- Certain products may be eligible for same day delivery within Sydney. If this option is available, it will be displayed at the checkout.

- If ‘Standard delivery’ is selected, your order will be dispatched using the most economical option available. This will usually be Couriers Please or Aramex but may also be Australia Post depending on the order size and location. If you would prefer your order is handled by Australia Post, please ensure to choose Australia Post at the checkout.

New Zealand:

- All orders to New Zealand over $99 attract a free delivery option.

- Orders to New Zealand are dispatched within 3-5 business days via Seko and are usually delivered by either NZ Couriers or NZ Post

- Taxes may be collected upon importation. Please check your local tax and importation laws prior to purchase.

Asia Pacific & Western Europe:

- We offer a calculated delivery rate to most countries in Asia Pacific or Europe for orders up to 2kg. Heavier orders are not currently supported in these regions.

- Orders to these regions may take anywhere from 5 - 30 business days to arrive.

- Taxes may be collected upon importation. Please check your local tax and importation laws prior to purchase.

North/South America, Eastern Europe & others:

- Unfortunately we do not currently have delivery options for these countries.
