Suggested Use
As a dietary supplement for adults, take two (2) tablets twice daily, between meals, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

Microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable cellulose, vegetable stearic acid, vegetable magnesium stearate, silica vegetable glycerin.
