Eclectic Institute's Turmeric - Pepper combination is made from fresh freeze-dried organic turmeric from Hawaii and the fresh freeze-dried green fruit of the pepper plant. Green peppercorns are particularly high in piperine, which increases the bioavailability turmeric curcuminoids.

Freeze-drying naturally concentrates by removing only the water, leaving the plants' nutrients in the same balance as found in nature. 

Suggested Use

1 to 3 capsules per day.
