Suggested Use
Shake well. As a dietary supplement, mix one (1) teaspoon (5 ml) with an equal amount of water once daily. Swish and hold liquid in your mouth for 30 seconds, swallow, then follow with 4 oz of water.
Refrigerate after opening.
