Lavender oil (lavandula angustifolia) has a sweet, rich aroma. Steam-distilled from Bulgaria, lavender can be used to decrease feelings of tension, calm nerves, and enhance rest and relaxation.
Suggested Use
Add up to 10 drops to your artnaturals diffuser to subdue sleep deprivation and dispel worries.
DIY: Mix 12 drops in carrier oil and massage onto skin. This solution can be used on dry skin and lips to moisturize.
Combine 7 drops of lavender, 3 drops of patchouli, and 3 drops of geranium, to a 4 oz spray bottle of distilled water. Mist Pj's and bedding before going to sleep.
