Suggested Use
- Take the heating patch out of the packaging. Must be used immediately after package is opened.
- Remove the paper from the adhesive backing and adhere the patch to the undergarments in the affected area. Do not use directly on skin.
- Dispose in waste bin after use.
Apply patch on undergarments around common sites of aching during your menstrual cycle like the lower abdomen and back.
