How the L22 Formula Works
L22 is a patented lipid complex made exclusively from botanical sources designed to provide the same balanced skin-lipid profile of younger, healthy skin. The fatty acids of jojoba oil (wax esters) are interchanged with the fatty acids of macadamia oil (triglycerides) to form new wax esters and triglycerides with new fatty acid compositions. These new wax esters and triglycerides closely resemble those present in skin lipids. This is then combined with olive oil-sourced squalene, plant sterols, and sterol esters. The result is a lipid composition similar to that found on healthy skin.
Significant Clinical Results
In double-blind, vehicle-controlled clinical studies, test articles which contained L22 demonstrated superiority to other skin-lipid-like compounds when evaluated for barrier repair and skin hydration. L22 also demonstrated significant improvements in both aged and sun-damages skin, when compared to a vehicle, with regard to skin hydration, firmness, and elasticity.
Suggested Use
For best results, prepare skin first with Yeouth Balancing Facial Toner, Yeouth Vitamin C & E serum (in the morning), and Yeouth Hyaluronic Acid Plus or Yeouth Hyaluronic Acid Cream (at night).
Apply a dime-sized amount of Yeouth Anti-aging Moisturizer L22 over entire face and neck, including around the eyes. Allow to absorb, then follow with your favorite sunscreen.
