Supportive but not conclusive research shows that consumption of EPA and DHA omega-3 fatty acids may reduce the risk of coronary heart disease. One serving of Fish Oil provides 300 mg total of EPA, DHA and other omega-3 fatty acids. See nutrition information for total fat and cholesterol content.
Suggested Use
For adults, take one (1) softgel three times daily, preferably with meals. As a reminder, discuss the supplements and medications you take with your health care providers.
Other Ingredients
Gelatin, vegetable glycerin, mixed natural tocopherols.
Contains fish (anchovy, herring, mackerel, sardine) ingredients.
No gluten, wheat, milk, lactose, artificial color, artificial flavor, artificial sweetener, preservatives, sugar, starch, yeast, peanuts, tree nuts, shellfish, sodium free.
