Native to Africa and Asia, the Moringa tree (Moringa oleifera) is said to be one of the most nutrient-rich plants in the world. The bark, sap, roots, leaves, seeds, and flowers are used in traditional medicine. Moringa leaves can be eaten fresh, dried, or cooked.

Suggested Use
The powder can be added to smoothies, fresh juices, or teas.
Start with 1/2 teaspoon per day and gradually work up to 1 teaspoon per day, mixed with purified water, juice, coconut water, or smoothie. Consume with conscious, positive intent.
