Chocolate au naturale! Silky velveteen Cacao Paste is perfect for crafting healthy, raw chocolate desserts: Raw truffles, brownies, tortes, mousse...adjust the sweetness to taste. Arriba Nacional Cacao beans are sun-dried and fermented, stone ground into a smooth paste below 114ºF, cooled, and chiseled into wafers or pure, unsweetened chocolate glory.
Suggested Use
Make your own Raw Chocolate!
1 cup Cacao Paste
1/4 cup Coconut Oil
1/4 tsp of Pure Vanilla Powder
Sweetener & a pinch of salt to taste
Gently melt Cacao, Coconut Oil, and sweetener in a double boiler. Add Vanilla. Whisk or blend to emulsify ingredients. Pour onto parchment paper-lined tray, drizzle over fruits, nuts, or Nut Butter! Put in freezer for 10 minutes. Break off a piece of pure bliss!
