The classic flavor of Japanese Teriyaki has never been easier! NOH Japanese Teriyaki seasoning mix is the perfect start to any Teri-bowl. Great on Chicken, Beef, Fish and TOFU! Sprinkle on your popcorn for popping good flavor!

Suggested Use

  • 1 pkg. NOH Japanese Teriyaki Seasoning Mix
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 pound meat (steak, chicken, chops, ribs, fish)
Combine contents of package with 1/2 cup water; blend well. Marinate meat (steak, chops, ribs, chicken, fish) for 2 to 4 hours. Barbecue, fry, or broil. Baste frequently while cooking.

Optional:—Teriyaki Chicken. Boil chicken in water for 30 minutes, or until tender.
Discard cooking liquid. Add NOH Teriyaki Mix with 1/2 cup water and simmer for 5-10 minutes.
—Teriyaki Tofu. Excellent seasoning for tofu.

Other Ingredients

Cane sugar, powdered soy sauce (wheat, soybeans, salt, maltodextrin), salt, onion powder, powdered ginger, spices (garlic powder, black pepper) sodium silicate (an anti-caking agent).
