Suggested Use
Cut 1 1b of raw fish into 3/4"x 3/4" cubes. Remove dried Ogo (Seaweed) from package and place in a bowl. Cover with
water and let stand for 2-3 minutes. Remove Ogo from water and slice into 1/2" pieces. Place cut fish into a bowl and sprinkle Ogo over fish. Add 2 tablespoons sesame oil. Add Chili Salt and Mix well. To enhance flavor and color, add chopped green onions and serve.
