Studies suggest the citrate salt of magnesium is well absorbed into the bloodstream. Our Magnesium (Citrate) contains 160 mg of elemental magnesium per capsule for convenient, highly bioavailable magnesium supplementation.

Suggested Use

Take one (1) capsule one to two times daily with or without food, or as recommended by a healthcare practitioner. Can be taken all at once or in divided doses.
