Suggested Use
(Adult) Take one (1) Liquid Soft-Gel with meals with a full glass of water two to three times a day. If caffeine keeps you up at night, do not take this product in the evening since it contains caffeine.
Other Ingredients
Gelatin, purified water, glycerin, beeswax, soy lecithin, silicon dioxide, sodium copper chlorophyllin and titanium dioxide.
