Suggested Use
Adult Men: Take four (4) tablets in the morning with a meal. Use continuously for up to 4 weeks, follow by a 2-4 week off period. Combine with strength training program. Do not exceed 4 tablets per day.

Maltodextrin, hydroxypropyl cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, dicalcium phosphate, stearic acid, magnesium stearate, hypromellose, silica and glycerin.
