Suggested Use
As a dietary supplement, mix each serving in 10-14 fl.oz. of water (adjust for taste preference) and shake well. Consume 20-30 minutes prior to training. For best results, use 2 servings per day in combination with a ketogenic diet. Do no take this product within 6 hours of bedtime.

Citric acid, malic acid, natural flavors, steviol glycosides (from stevia rebaudiana leaf extract), luo han guo (monk fruit) fruit extract, sunflower lecithin.
Warnings
This product is only intended to be consumed by healthy adults, 18 years of age or older. Do not use this product if you are pregnant or nursing. Each daily serving provides 1140 mg of Sodium and 660 mg of Calcium. Take only as directed to avoid excess sodium and calcium intake. Do not consume product if you are sensitive to caffeine, wishing to eliminate caffeine from your diet, or in combination with caffeine or stimulants from other sources. Discontinue use 2 weeks prior to surgery. Do not use if the safety seal is broken or missing. Store in a cool, dry place. Keep out of reach of children. This product is sold by weight, not volume. The density of the powder varies, and significant settling of powder may occur during shipping and handling. This product contains the servings indicated when measured by weight.
