Suggested Use
Take one Co-E1 Performance lozenge as needed. Place under tongue until fully dissolved (1 minute). For maximum effectiveness do not chew lozenge. Limit swallowing while under tongue. Allow tablet to completely dissolve.

D-mannitol, microcrystalline cellulose, sodium bicarbonate, kollidon, natural flavoring, magnesium stearate.
