Regular exercise and a healthy diet with enough calcium helps teen, young adult and post-menopausal women maintain good bone health and may reduce their high risk of osteoporosis later in life. Adequate calcium intake is important, but daily intake above 2,000 mg is not likely to produce additional benefits. Vitamin D may help calcium absorption.

Suggested Use

Adults, take one caplet two to three times daily, preferably with food, as a dietary supplement.

Other Ingredients

Microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid, croscarmellose sodium, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, titanium dioxide, magnesium stearate, magnesium silicate, triacetin, mineral oil and sodium lauryl sulfate.

No added: Yeast, soy, wheat, milk, fish, tree nuts, peanuts, egg, fragrance, artificial flavors or colors and preservatives, crustacean / shellfish. Sodium free.
