Suggested Use
Directions for Adult Use: Take two (2) tablets per day preferably with food. As a reminder, discuss the supplements and medications you take with your health care providers.
Other Ingredients
Cellulose (plant origin), crospovidone. Contains <2% of: Cellulose coating, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, magnesium silicate, medium chain triglycerides, polydextrose, silica, titanium dioxide color, vegetable magnesium stearate.
Contains shellfish (crab, crayfish, lobster, shrimp) ingredients.
This product contains 50 mcg of Vitamin D, which is equivalent to 2,000 IU.
