Cashback

During certain promotions, we may offer a cashback or store credit amount in return for buying certain products or using a certain payment method. See below terms regarding the cashback process along with the current cashback promotions available.

CURRENT CASHBACK PROMOTION:

• 2% Cashback or 4% Store Credit when using bank transfer as a payment method.
• Cashback requests may be lodged after the order is complete and payment has been confirmed.
• Once your order is available for a cashback request, we will contact you via email to the email address used when placing the order to submit your request and provide us with the relevant details.
• Cashback is currently only available for Australian customers
• Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash once it has been submitted as a store credit request.
• If orders are returned or refunded at a later date, the refund will be processed minus the cashback amount.
• The amount is calculated based on the final sale price including GST and shipping, please see below example.

Example order:

• Product cost: $45.00
• Shipping Cost: $9.00
• GST: $5.40
• Total paid by the customer: $59.40
  
• Eligible cashback amount: $1.19
• Eligible store credit amount: $2.38
