Each tablet contains 200 mg Dried Ferrous Sulfate (65 mg elemental iron) equivalent to 325 mg Ferrous Sulfate Heptahydrate. Iron supports metabolism, growth, development, and normal cellular functioning.
Suggested Use
As a mineral supplement, adults take one (1) tablet daily with any meal or as directed by a healthcare provider. Do not exceed recommended dosage. Individual results may vary.
Other Ingredients
Stearic acid, croscarmellose sodium, cellulose, silicon dioxide. Contains <2% of: artificial colors (fd&c yellow #5, fd&c blue #1), magnesium stearate, peg, polyvinyl alcohol, talc, titanium dioxide.
No added sugar, yeast, preservatives or artificial flavors.
