Suggested Use
- Adults, take 30 drops under the tongue one hour before bedtime and 30 drops at bedtime.
- Children 4-12 years of age, take one half the adult dosage.
- It is helpful to limit the consumption of caffeine containing drinks, coffee, tea, chocolate and artificial sweeteners.
- For best results, take in a clean mouth.
