Suggested Use
Shake well. Take 2 teaspoons daily (1000 IU) for adults and children over the age of 12 or 1 teaspoon (500 IU) for children ages 4 to 12, either directly or mix into water or juice. Do not exceed recommended daily serving.
Dosage cup provided on top of bottle. Wash after each use.

Purified water, organic cane sugar, natural flavors, citric acid, potassium sorbate (preservative to maintain freshness), sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, sodium benzoate (preservative to maintain freshness), black carrot extract color.
