Suggested Use
Take 6 tablets daily, 2 after each meal. On training days, take 2 tablets one half hour before workouts and 2 tablets after two meals.
Other Ingredients
Dicalcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid, lecithin (soy), magnesium stearate. Made in a GMP facility that uses milk, soy, egg, peanuts.
