Suggested Use

Shake it! Mix one level scoop of Vega One All-in-One. Shake in 1.5 cups (12 fl oz.) of ice cold water or your choice of beverage.

Blend it! Mix one level scoop of Vega One All-in-One. Shake into your favorite smoothie recipe.

Bake it! Swap Vega One All-in-One Shake for 1/8 to 1/4 of the flour in sweet baking recipes.
